MY KEYLIME PIE
Into a 10 inch pie pan put 5 whole graham crackers, and 2 cut in triangle. Stand 16 vanilla wafers around edge of pan.
Mix 1 can condensed milk, 4 or 5 egg yolks (if small), 4 oz. Key lime juice, pinch salt.
Whip 5 egg white until firm, add 5 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold into above.
Lift into pie shell while fluffy.
Top with chocolate cookie crumbs and freeze.
